If you include special instructions with your order that require editing, we will send you a preview before printing. For example, if you would like to add text to your photo, we will create a text layout and send you a preview email first. We will start printing your photo after we receive your approval.

  • You also have 7 days to return your artwork if you changed your mind after receiving it.

Framing & Shipping

  • Your photo will be printed on acid-free deluxe cotton canvas, semi-gloss premium photo paper, or fine art matte paper, all are made in USA.
  • We use the genuine Canon LUCIA EX Ink products, which are known for their vibrant range of colors, scratch resistant surface, superb black reproduction and exceptional color stability.
  • All of our frames are made from recycled wood.
  • All artworks could be framed or stretched (for canvas print only) in our Chicago art studio, with proud craftmanship.
  • For Contiguous US customers, FREE standard shipping over $149, or $12.95 otherwise.
  • For all other states or countries delivery, there is a flat rate shipping charge $22.95 for unframed artwork. Extra shipping charge will be applied to framed artwork.
